MARTY — FOUNDER & CEO
THE MAN WHO CAN DO IT ALL.
Marty is the founder of Merillat Racing LLC and the true definition of hands-on. He draws, designs, machines, and welds nearly every part we build. As a self-taught machinist, Marty has led our shop to be almost fully in-house — and with our new laser on the way, he's already planning the next wave of products.
He operates all of our CNC machines, saws, benders and more. Marty is also our rear end welder, laying down precise welds that are critical for durability and strength. When quality matters most — Marty is behind the torch.
SHANNON — OFFICE MANAGER & CHAOS COORDINATOR
KEEPING THE SHOP STOCKED, BOOKED AND IN CHECK.
Shannon keeps the office — and the rest of us — in order. From managing inventory, hardware and materials to answering customer calls and emails, she's the one making sure we have what we need to keep things moving.
She's also our accounts payable manager, handling all bookkeeping and financials. And let's be honest — keeping Marty in check is a full-time job on its own. She's the one behind the curtain making the magic happen.
MACIE — SOCIAL MEDIA & SHIPPING COORDINATOR
FRONT OFFICE BOSS. SHOP SIDEKICK. THE GLUE BETWEEN IT ALL.
Macie runs our front office and is the voice behind Merillat Racing online. From shipping orders daily to answering shipping questions, she's the one making sure your parts leave our hands and get to yours, fast.
But she does way more than that — she helps keep Marty and Mike stocked with parts, cuts tubing, sands and cleans parts, bends tubing, runs the CNC and makes sure the shop stays dialed in. She promotes and manages the business on social media, and always works to keep the crew happy (or at least tries — lol)
MIKE — "MIKEY THE WELDER"
OUR OG TEAM MEMBER, DEDICATED CRAFTSMAN AND KEY TO IN-STOCK PARTS.
Mike has been with us for over 10 years, and came on full time during COVID — one of the best decisions we ever made. He handles welding on all in-stock inventory like torque boxes, control arms, ARB's and more.
He also helps prep housings for assembly and works directly on customers' cars when doing rebuilds or reworks. Every weld Mike lays down is done with pride and dedication to the racing community. He's a major piece of what makes Merillat Racing run strong.
