Shipping Policy
Order Processing In-stock items are processed and shipped within 24 hours of order placement on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom build and pre-welded products require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Carriers We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier selected for your order will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Ground
- Expedited
- Overnight
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Merillat Racing is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Freight Shipments Rear end housings are custom-built to customer specifications and ship via freight carrier. Freight shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be communicated to you directly after your order is placed. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment upon delivery, and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
International Shipping We currently ship to Australia, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, and Sweden, with additional countries available — please contact us at merillatracingllc@gmail.com if your country is not listed. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees assessed by their country. Merillat Racing is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at merillatracingllc@gmail.com within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. Please retain all original packaging and take photos of any damage, as this will be required to process a claim. We will work with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Holiday & Peak Season Delays During peak seasons and holidays, carrier delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays. Merillat Racing is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.
